Support Administrator
Workplace: Wrocław
Region Name: dolnośląskie

Position overview:
-This is a varied position dealing with all aspects of Technical Support
-The role will involve general duties ranging from: receiving technical customer service inquiry calls and emails, logging cases, diagnosing faults, and allocating company’s services

Responsibilities:
-Ensuring all phone calls are logged and allocated to a team member
-2nd line support for diagnosing connectivity, SIM, VPN, Router problems/issues
-Using customer portals with regards to diagnostics, SIM checks, customer queries, information requests etc.
-Queue management/customer follow up
-Sending out outage emails to customers
-Ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:
-Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
-PC literate, high level of Excel competency (Intermediate as a minimum)
-Understanding of IPs and IP subnet masks
-Confident dealing with large amounts of numerical data
-Ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative

Pluses:
-The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, time management, organisation communication and interpersonal skills
-The candidate must be proactive in approach and be a team player willing to go that extra mile when required in line with the business needs
-Strong technical understanding of M2M solutions and basic phone functionality
-Experience in customer service will be an asset
