Calling works by converting sound into electrical signals that are transmitted through a network of telephone lines or internet connections to reach the recipient's phone. The recipient's phone then converts the electrical signals back into sound, allowing the two parties to communicate in real-time. Calling can be done using traditional landline phones, mobile phones, or internet-based services like Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). **

It's also possible that the phone number being dialed is incorrect or has been blocked. In some cases, calling may not work due to restrictions or limitations set by the service provider or the user's phone settings. **

Calling over the internet, also known as Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), works by converting analog voice signals into digital data packets that can be transmitted over the internet. These packets are then sent to the recipient's device where they are converted back into analog signals for the recipient to hear. This process allows for voice calls to be made using an internet connection rather than traditional phone lines, offering cost savings and flexibility in communication. VoIP technology has become increasingly popular due to its ability to provide high-quality voice calls, video calls, and other communication services over the internet. **

Essential followers are characters that are crucial to the game's story and cannot be permanently killed. Since the quest requires sacrificing a follower, it is not possible to complete it in Skyrim. This limitation is a result of the game's design and programming. **
